Burial |
14 May 1957 |
Cullen Cemetery, Cullen, Banffshire, Scotland [7] |
- Isabella is buried in plot H53, which had been provisionally booked by John William Findlay as his son Eric who died aged 2 is buried in plot H52.
Unfortunately John William Findlay lost his life in 1940 due to a mine sinking his trawler and his body was never found. His name was written against plot H53, but due to the circumstances he never got to purchase it, so never actually owned that plot.
The plot was then purchased by John Findlay for Isabella.
It is nice to note that little Eric who was only 2 years old at the time of his death is next door to Isabella.
For further information regarding all of this please contact me via my email address.
Information has come from the Moray Council, The Brother of little Eric, as well as family of Isabella of whom I have been in contact with during 2016.
- Plot H53,
